On December 9 2021, Center for Training and Consultancy (CTC) organized a workshop to discuss the Concept on Introduction of Feedback Mechanism and Improvement of Practice of Administrative Complaints at the Local self-government Level and its implementation Action Plan.
The concept document presented the existing challenges of developing administrative complaints and informal feedback mechanisms in municipalities, its vision and recommendations.
The event was held with the high participation of representatives of Kakheti local governments, Municipal Service Development Agency and local civil society organizations. During the meeting, the participants expressed their views to improve the concept document, presented specific proposals and jointly discussed the action plan for its implementation.
The event was organized with the financial support of the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) commissioned by the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ) within the frames of the program – Good Governance for Local Development South Caucasus (GGLD).
