In 2022 CTC introduced the model in 23 municipalities of the three regions of Imereti, Mtskheta-Mtianeti and Kvemo Kartly. In 2021 the model has been successfully piloted and replicated in Samegrelo-Upper Svanety and Kakhety regions.
The initiative was carried out in cooperation with UNDP and Ministry of Infrastructure and Regional Development. The Model considers regional approach to cooperation between municipalities for the purpose of delivering public servants’ continues professional development training programs. The cooperation implies joint public procurement of the training services and it ensures optimization of the costs as well as right scope of training groups to ensure interest and engagement of training suppliers
